TV3 has a decent panal discussion programme called Midday - a rip off of Loose Women, except the Irish version is more serious and restrained.  Tuesday had a discussion on the abortion case being brought before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg by three women - for some reason granted anonimity - who were clearly set up by the promoting body, the Irish Family Planning Association.  The discussion was quite good - watch it here.  If the correct show doesn't appear it should be on the right with the heading

The abortion ban goes to the European court, a revealing survey on bullying and Budget 2010 speculat

Discussion starts around 14 minute mark.  Fiona Looney was crystal clear - fetus is human with rights - abortion is same as shooting someone on the street and women shouldn't be allowed to go to Britain for abortions.  Another panelist spoke about how she was very pro-choice till she saw her first baby scan.
