Very few people reading this story from the BBC will know why I laughed out loud when I reached the penultimate paragraph and discovered who the CEO of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust is.
If you're reading this Malachy you'll know what I mean.
So salty sweat is a sign of cystic fibrosis - who knew. I must pass that news on to a few sweaty hypochondriacs I know.
